The production or storage hall was extended in 2001 and has a total area of approximately 1,162 m². It is being leased together with the surrounding land measuring 5,454 m². In addition to the production area, part of the hall includes a mezzanine level with office spaces of approximately 160 m². Lease conditions: the rental price is EUR 3/m². Utility and operating costs are not included. If needed, additional storage facilities may be installed on the land. The property is available immediately. There is also a possibility to purchase the property at a later stage or exchange it for another real estate property or movable assets.
