The holiday apartment is located in the Stinica apartment complex, on the ground floor of one of the buildings. It has a separate entrance. The apartment has a net area of 25 m², along with a 10 m² enclosed courtyard and approximately 10 m² open courtyard. The apartment features a spacious living room with a kitchen, where part of the space is arranged as a sleeping area with a bed and partially partitioned. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the room, providing at least four beds in total. There is also a kitchen island next to the small kitchen, offering ample storage space for kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, etc. The bathroom and hallway are sufficiently large. From the living-kitchen area, there is an exit to the courtyard, which features a dining table with chairs, a sofa set, space for sun loungers, etc. This area can be closed with a roller shutter, allowing the furniture to remain in place even when the owner is absent. Mosquito screens are also installed here. Further in the enclosed courtyard is an arranged open courtyard, which borders a beautifully landscaped green neighborhood. The apartment is sold with all the furniture and is immediately habitable. The apartment faces east/south and borders green areas, providing a high degree of privacy in the courtyard. Parking is available around the buildings.
The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from the sea. The sea is very clean. The location of the Stinica apartment complex is approximately a 3-hour drive from Ljubljana. It is about 40 km from the city of Senj. In the complex itself, there is a grocery store and other basic necessities open during the season.
Purchase conditions: the purchase price is 125,000 EUR. The buyer also pays the contract and notary fees. The buyer has no agency fees. In accordance with Croatian law, the buyer pays a 3% tax upon purchase.
